Policies

Deposit equal to one
night's stay is required to secure your reservation. High
demand periods (hunting seasons) require a 50% deposit. -
Two-night minimum stay
required during the Regular Season. -
Fourteen-day cancellation
policy – any cancellation made within the 14 days will
forfeit deposit (one night's rent). High demand
contracts must be cancelled by 1 July for a refund.

Administrative fee for all
cancellations is $20 ($10 if no credit card transactions
were involved).

No Smoking. -
No Pets without prior
coordination and deposit.
